Silindile is an enthusiastic social entrepreneur who is passionate about impact and sustainability of any project she is involved in. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.

In the last 8 years, Silindile has gained experience both in international and national Non Profit organizations. She became an international presenter and project manager through an organization called Enactus-UKZN from 2011. She started off as a facilitator and then a fundraising coordinator at enke: Make Your Mark. She was also a Trainer at Activate! Change Drivers in Cape Town since the year 2015 where she was responsible for shaping the minds of young leaders.

Silindile is currently an active member of an International organization called Junior Chamber International (JCI) which is present in over 120 countries and over 200 000 members. She is the 2018 National Treasurer and her passion for community and development keeps growing, hence co-founding The Speaking Academy. She’s an independent consultant on various projects such as leading the Let’s Do It South Africa Movement which is gearing itself for the World Clean Up day on the 15^th September 2018.

Silindile was conferred with the Distinguished Women Leadership Excellence Awards, during the Young African Women Leadership Summit 2017. This award really brought light to the work in communities that she has been doing.

Zikisa’s dream is to become a world renowned public speaker and he is devoted to developing other aspiring public speakers. His story is a unique one as he is a direct beneficiary of The Speaking Academy in its pilot stage in 2016. He is passionate about Human Resource Development.

Zikisa studied Marketing at Eastcape Midlands College where he also became an Education and Transformation officer in the Student Representative Council. Zikisa headed the Recruitment Portfolio at Activate! Change Drivers since the year 2016 – with a role to design recruitment plans, facilitate the roll out and implementation of the strategy. He is currently the 2018 Local President of an International organization called Junior Chamber International (JCI) Cape Town which seeks to provide sustainable solutions to major societal challenges.

In the year 2017, he came 2nd in an international public speaking competition where he was representing JCI South Africa in the Africa and Middle East Conference, in Tunisia.

He used his skill of project planning and management when he impacted over 40 young people in a public speaking training and competition. His dedication to seeing talent and developing it is his greatest strength.

He’s an independent consultant on various recruitment projects.
